Delete your EVO account

You can start deletion inside the EVO app or request help from this page if you no longer have access.

Delete inside the app

  1. Open EVO and sign in.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Confirm your identity and follow the confirmation prompt.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the address associated with your EVO account. Include your EVO username if available. We may ask for additional information to verify that the account belongs to you.

What to expect

  • We will verify the request before processing it.
  • We will delete or de-identify personal information associated with the account, subject to information we must retain for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, disputes, or legal obligations.
  • Content previously shared with another person may remain in their copy or records where technically or legally necessary.
  • Backup systems and logs may take additional time to cycle out.
Cancel subscriptions separately

Deleting EVO does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Cancel through Apple ID → Subscriptions or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
